The Principals of the Company have extensive experience within the Public Service and in the Private Sector.
The two Principals are:
Anna-Carolle Bougie is the President and CEO of ILI Inc. She holds an MBA, a law degree, a PMP (Project Management Professional), and a CMC (Certified Management Consultant) designation, and holds a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Canadian International Institute of Applied Negotiation. She is fully bilingual with Government exemption in French and English and recognized as a bilingual instructor in the Federal Government, by Training and Development Canada (PSC). She has a special bilingual designation reserved for trainers, which is classified as P for Professional which guarantees that the instructor can deliver training in both official languages with proficiency.
Prior to opening her own company, ILI Inc. in 1997, Anna-Carolle was the manager of the Training and Development Programs in Professional and Technical Training (TDC). Anna-Carolle has experience in the full training and consulting cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation and validation. Her experience includes designing French and English versions of various training programs, as well as managing facilitation, focus groups, change management and team building sessions. Her strengths rest in her extensive experience in Materiel and Contract Management, Risk Management, Project Management, Conflict Management and her ability to transfer her operational experience into training, advisory and consulting services.
Her experience in negotiation, mediation and dispute resolution as well as facilitation has proven to be a useful tool in professional and individual situations.
Gerry Tessier is a principal and the Vice President, Operations of Integrated Learning International Inc, Gerry joined ILI Inc. in May 1998 after leaving Nav Canada. Prior to this, Mr. Tessier worked in the Public Service for 25 years and was responsible for the complete program delivery within the Human Resources Sector. His final position in the Public Service was as the Director General of Policy and Planning within the Human Resource Management Group of Transport Canada. Mr. Tessier took formal training in Alternative Dispute Resolution through the Harvard Business School and Cornell University in 1995/96. Subsequently, he was a senior member of the team negotiating collective agreements, terms and conditions for the employees leaving the public service. He was the Senior Executive Manager resolving outstanding staff relations and classification grievances prior to the transfer date. Prior to the transition project work, Mr. Tessier was the Deputy Minister’s nominee for classification grievances in Transport Canada, a department of 22,000 employees. Mr. Tessier holds certificates in Dispute Resolution/Mediation and Advanced Mediation from the Canadian International Institute of Applied Negotiation (CIIAN). Gerry is currently studying for his designation as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
